These terms apply to orders placed with Glory Gas & Accessories (Reg. 2020/105746/07, VAT 4760318867) through this website, WhatsApp, email or by phone.
Orders and pricing
- Placing an order through this website is a request to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it with you.
- Prices are confirmed at the time of your order. LPG prices are adjusted monthly, so gas prices may change from month to month.
- Product images are for illustration; colours and finishes may vary slightly.
Payment
Please pay only after we have confirmed your order. Payment can be made by EFT using your order reference, or in store when you collect.
Delivery, collection and installation
- Delivery is free within 12 km of our shop in Discovery, Roodepoort, measured in a straight line from the shop. The address checker on our website gives an estimate; we confirm whether free delivery applies when we confirm your order.
- Beyond 12 km, delivery is available in Gauteng. Delivery costs and times are confirmed with your order.
- Gas appliances such as geysers must be installed by a qualified, registered gas installer.
Gas safety
LPG must be stored and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable safety regulations. Keep cylinders upright in a well-ventilated area and check connections for leaks after every exchange.
Returns and warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply where stated on the product. Please contact us within a reasonable time if a product is faulty or not as described, and keep your proof of purchase. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected.
